Brand Development Program for California-based QoE Company

Procera (now Sandvine) delivers the highest Quality of Experience (QoE) through Application and Network Intelligence for customers to deliver high quality, optimized experiences to consumers and enterprises. We were commissioned to refresh and update the old Procera identity, establish a strategic brand direction and new brand guidelines. We then applied this new brand and ethos across all channels of the Procera business.

Brand Evolution with a Touch of Revolution

The Brand development program consisted of a fully integrated evolution of the old Procera brand. We developed a new mission, company-story, values and tone-of-voice. A new identity and a comprehensive brand book was developed for the launch.

As part of thre program we created a range of digital and press advertising, along with business and marketing collateral, digital templates and assets. We worked alongside the Procera IT team to offer creative design input for the new website. Secondary phases of the brand project included developing a series of sub-brands and product-brands to compliment the main identity.
